"Hello, I would like to share some feedback about my recent stay. I truly enjoyed the restaurant areas and the overall atmosphere of the property. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room and the pool bathroom, which I consider essential areas in any hotel experience. I have photos of the conditions. The pool bathroom was not properly cleaned during the two days I visited, as I noticed the same visible dirt and residue around the toilet on both occasions. It was clear that it had not been addressed. In addition, the bathtub in my room was not clean and had visible residue and signs of previous use. This was especially upsetting for me, as I was expecting to relax and use the bathtub during my stay, but I was unable to do so because of the condition it was in. Overall, this significantly affected my experience and comfort during the stay, especially given the purpose of my visit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the cleaning standards going forward."
