"**Wonderful stay at Riad Rcif in Fes** We are so glad we chose Riad Rcif for our stay in Fes. From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. The hotel manager was wonderful—so kind, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us and always pointed us in the right direction, which made our stay feel very easy and enjoyable. The riad itself is beautiful and steeped in history. You can tell how incredibly proud they are of the property, and it really shows. We were also able to use the pool one afternoon, which was perfect for cooling off after exploring the medina. Breakfast was amazing! Every morning we had a delicious Moroccan breakfast with different breads, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt and eggs, with something different each day. On one of our days, we took a trip to Chefchaouen, and the team kindly arranged a “breakfast to go” for us at no extra cost. Such a thoughtful touch. The location, right in the Medina of Fes, was perfect for us. We enjoyed being immersed in the atmosphere and soon became comfortable finding our way around using an offline map. The riad is also well signposted, which makes it much easier to find your way back. We did have one evening where some men tried to direct us away from the riad, but our advice is simply to stay true to the signs and you won’t go wrong. All in all, our trip to Fes was brilliant, and Riad Rcif was a big part of that. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fes."

"This is the nicest property we’ve ever stay at - and that says a lot about this hotel. Staying here was an amazing experience. The room was beyond real. The restaurant was fantastic. And the staff superior, caring, efficient and so nice. We give special thanks to Ibtissam, the manager, Hamid and Iman. Everyone was kind and so nice."

"What a gorgeous hotel with amazingly helpful staff. The hotel itself has beautiful tile mosaics, wooden doors and ceilings and looks like a palace. And it’s comfortable - we had a large room with a great bed. Plus a good little frig. The plunge pool was a nice respite from the Fes heat. And the breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and bountiful. The owner and staff were so helpful, arranging transportation from the train station (definitely required for us - the old Medina is a maze). We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at Riad Layla (suite Alia) for three nights. The place is beautiful and within Fes Medina. Breakfast was served on the terrace which we quite enjoyed. Our room was spacious, well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. Even the bathroom was very aesthetically pleasing. The suite is on the top floor so might not be convenient for some people but apart from that, everything was amazing. The staff were also incredibly nice! On our last day we had to depart at 6AM and one of the staff members very kindly and thoughtfully packed us breakfast! We ordered food through a delivery app and missed the driver’s call, he was kind enough to collect the food and bring it upstairs for us. All in all it was a very comfortable stay. Would recommend."
