very nice hotel with beautiful shoreline beach

very nice staffs and local tour information center is helpful. Hotel is close to main street, which has bars, supermarket, resto (only 10 mins walk). very nice beach and plus three pools and well enough beach chairs.

This hotel is a very nice resort hotel. Very big! You must know you will walk a whole lot in the hotel. I had a twisted ankle and had to use their free shuttle service a lot so that’s a huge plus. The food is great and staff is too. Would recommend to anyone that wants that resort vacation you won’t have to leave your hotel much from. Also Phang Na is a very calm town. If you’re looking to escape the crowds definitely book this hotel.

Our room was spacious and spotless. We booked a pool access room, it was lovely to be able to swim directly from our balcony. The resort is on a steep hill and access to the rooms is via steps so this resort may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. The grounds are immaculate and the beach is fabulous, probably the best stretch of the beach is right in front of the resort. The only negatives are the reserving of sunbeds. There are signs to say reserving of sunbeds is not permitted and towels will be removed. This does not deter people and the towels are not removed so if you like a lie in you will likely struggle to get a bed near the beach. Mosquitoes are quite a big problem. I got more bites in 4 hours than I did in 6 days in practically jungle accommodation prior to staying at Moracea. Plantpots full of stagnant water are a breeding ground for mosquitoes and you can see them in all stages of their growth. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Khao Lak is a strange resort. The shops and restaurants etc are either side of 6 lanes of traffic. There is a great night market not far away and 200 thbt will get you there from the hotel

Ok, men havde forventet mere.

Ingen tidlig indtjekning var muligt, så man venter i deres receptionsområde. Vi boede i en poolvilla. Super lækkert privatområde. Villaen er ikke lydtæt, så alt høres tydeligt. I vores tilfælde var det havet og regnen. Sengen er ret hård og puderne er alt for store/hårde. Selve området (og poolvillaen) er ikke handicap- eller klapvognsvenligt. Det ligger på en skråning, som er meget stejl eller der er trapper. Restaurant og roomservice er ikke specielt godt. Fik en virkelig dårlig cæcarsalat f.eks. og pizzaerne mindede om frysepizzaer. Der er meget fyldt i restauranten til morgenmad! Det er muligt at gå op i byen. Vi var ramt af et ret voldsomt regnvejr og valgte at forlade vores ophold før tid. Stedet var ok, men jeg havde forventet det var mere luksuriøst.

We stayed in a beachfront bungalow. Amazing. We were made to feel special from the very beginning. Check-in was fast, and the room was spectacular. Big bathroom with big shower and bath. Nicely decorated and 20m from the water. Comfy bed, good food options or take a 100 Tuk tuk to town where there’s plenty of dining options.

2 night stay.

I didn’t overly commit much more to food than breakfast but from what I experienced the breakfast service was brilliant. Plenty of options and the service was great. Internet great, service all over the resort. Quite hilly in areas which would pose a slight problem if less mobile but saying that I’m pretty sure the resort offers buggy service. The resort itself is lovely, so natural with lots of trees, palms and greenery. Direct beach access, 4 pools to pick from. The rooms are really nicely decorated, very comfortable and adequately air conditioned. In terms of access to the main part of town, 10-15 minute walk and you arrive into one of the main parts of Khao Lak. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. I would without hesitation stay here again. Thank you very much Moracea Resort.

Hôtel confortable, de jolis bungalows coupés en deux, très belle déco, confortables, dommage qu'il faille grimper depuis la plage (et donc depuis beaucoup de chambres) pour rejoindre le lobby et la sortie de l'hôtel; Même si une voiturette est disponible sur simple appel, c'est malgré tout une barrière pour un séjour totalement zen

Magnifique bungalow avec vue sur la mer, chaise longue juste devant et piscine juste derrière. Literie et propreté excellentes. Buffet du petit déjeuner incroyable et varié, repas du soir excellents. On peut demander à être amené en petit taxi pour tout déplacement. Et le mieux de tout est le personnel qui est d'une gentillesse et bienveillance que je n'ai vu nulle part ailleurs.

Nice clean hotel

Originally only going to stay 2 nights, but ended up staying 7 nights. Didn’t like the hills up and down, I think it’s around 33 hectares. Breakfast was ok could have had a lot more selection. Room was nice with mosquito nets to keep them out at night.
