We spent a night in the desert with the luxurious Sanya Camp. We had a wonderful time. Yusuf, the camp owner, showed us how comfortable it was to stay in the tents. They were very clean and had hot water. I highly recommend this camp if you plan to visit the Merzouga desert.

It’s close to erg chebbi so you can see sunset there. We got a free room upgrade which is spacious and with good hot shower. Good to have free pickup to hotel from bus station tour prices quoted by the hotel is expensive. In the end we booked something outside and hotel personnel was apparently upset ...
