"Compare I was the first time to stay in here last year, I was getting a lower floor, which the twin standard room is smaller dated, and less comfy than to the upper floor. I do not feel comfortable enough on this stay."

"コロナ禍という事で空いているショップやレストランが少なく、夜9時にチェックインしたが、ホテル内はゴーストタウンの様な静けさ。夜食の軽食レストランも期待したが、部屋持ち帰りの弁当しか販売していませんでした。 翌朝舞浜駅行きの無料シャトルバスを利用しようと、3階から出ようとしたら、荷物をいっぱい持ってキャリーを引いていたので、受付の方が『エレベーターで1階に降りていただいた方が便利ですよ。』とエレベーターを利用して1階に降りたものの、スロープが真反対にしかなく、時間に余裕を持って来ていたのに、バス乗り場に来たのは結局時間ぴったり。しかし目の前でバスが発車してしまい、次のバスも30分後だったので致し方なくリゾートライン経由で舞浜駅まで行きました。コロナ禍で本数を減らしているのなら尚更ベルボーイの方には周りをよく見てから発車の合図を出して欲しいものです。(ロビーの中で利用しそうな人はいないかどうかのちょっとした気遣い。) ..."
