most of the staffs there are good in English and friendly, none of them are rude just 3 mins walking distance from metro station and less than 15 mins walk to the main couch and train station many restaurants around and less than 15 minutes walk to a local night market in conclude, this hostel is ideal for the backpacker, youngster or single traveller who want to save money from getting accommodation

The toilet and bathroom is clean and has complete facilities. Although there are a lot of guests, the toile & bath area isn't too crowded since there are lots of cubicles.

Awesome
This place was great. Everything was clean and quiet. The unit was very comfortable and clean, as were the bathrooms. Each unit gets one storage locker which can be a bit inconvenient if there are two people in a unit travelling with more baggage. Our room was quite spacious so there was room for suitcases and backpacks outside the locker. The common area is clean and hot and cold water are provided. We would definitely stay here again.

The hostel facilities were great and there was no noise at night times which was good. The capsule was good in terms of features and cleanliness but not that comfortable for sleeping in. Staff were friendly and helpful too!

Nice place
Love quiet pod hostel. The bathrooms were clean and nice. Showers had shampoo soap. The check in process was thorough. The staff super helpful and nice. They only had small towels so good idea to bring your own if you need a bigger one. The pods themselves are a little squeeky so you hear ppl moving around a bit but not too loud. The mattress is thin but was good enough for a short stay. Location is good. Shops and restaurants around. Short metro ride to Taipei101. Easy to get to and from airport on bus or metro.

Happy camper
Clean cozy capsule hostel. Our service on checkin was outstanding and the front desk is 24hrs which was perfect. The staff helped us with our transfers and were wonderful. The bathrooms are lovely and spacious and clean. The pods are super cool. Quiet time starts at 10pm but it was pretty quiet all the time. The pods are a bit squeeky and the mattress is thin but was good for a short stay. Great location. Lots nearby.

Space Pods!
It was so much fun to stay in one of these pods, we felt like we were in a Sci-fi movie. The bed was relatively comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the mixed dorm and you had to walk through the lobby to get to the bathroom, which is the only slight downside of our stay.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Provided everything we needed and made sure we were comfortable. The hostel is located close to a night market and many convenient stores. My capsule's door was broken and took a few tries to open each time, but the capsule itself was fine inside.

Good experience
Capsule is not sound proof. They do provide earplugs but it doesn't help a lot imo. The bed mattress is slightly thin. I like the toilet and common space though! It's very clean and similar to hotel style! There's free water dispenser which I also appreciate. Staffs are very friendly too. Love how they give a rough explanation of the hotel amenities and capsule. Overall, 1-2 day stay is good enough.

I loved it!!
Pros: the staff was wonderful, hostel close to metro and easy access to bus and taxis, 7-Eleven , breakfast, washer and dryer, local eats, local shops, give you small welcome basket with (water, ear plugs, and teeth care kit,shoes, etc) key card to access room, locker with your own made up combo, powerful shower heads, cozy beds and wonderful dreamy pillows. Cons: common room is not big enough, Pod might feel a little tight for some, can get a little noisy but not terrible, ask for bottom beds, breakfast is a coupon for McDonald's *small breakfast, some of the Staff at the hostel live there as well and their areas of pods are usually filled with clothes and suite cases. It wasn't a big deal for me it just made the rooms looks messy and there is no room for large luggage in the lockers so bring a lock. I will stay again if I ever decide to go back to Taipei. The area was nice and there is a ton of things to do, local eats, bakery's, shopping, and the location is on floor lvl B1 of a small plaza you're going to see a version of a small arcade - take the steps one floor down or use the elevator.

Awesome sleeping pod take you to space
Upon arrival I got a great walk through of the facility. You get your own looker perfect space for storing you normal size cabin bag. Also the sleeping pod is clean and have a lot of adapters and good air. Also very comfortable and I appreciate the toletteries you received. The TV is very good to and have english channels such as Animal planet or TLC. The room is quite and the pod quite isolated so you can't hear too much around you. The hostel is close to the subway, but the stop might be slightly far from the center but you don't need to change line to get too Tapei main station. The bathroom and showers hold great standard of cleanliness and the hostel is always quiet. You get McDonalds coupon for getting breakfast. The only negative thing I have to say is about the chinese tourists. It dosen't really have to do with the hostel. But in the shared bathroom they fart loudly next to me. And one even put finger down her throat so she could puke next to me over the sink, gosh discussting TT. Anyway I recommend this place for a shorter stay and when you traveling alone. There is no hangout area to have a lot of friends with you or if you looking to meet new people. This is a hostel with quiet rooms and very clean. Not party place :). Recommend it though awesome experience!

Must Stay Here!
UZ Hostel was wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I arrived at 2am to an attentive attendant. Before I flew into TPE Airport I contacted the staff via FB Messenger with concerns; responses were prompt and efficient. I reserved a sleeping capsule/pod for 3 nights. I forgot my converter, but the capsule was equipped for various plug-ins. In the lobby the staff had a converter available for me to charge my cell. I was able to secure items in my pod and locker. There is a A/C unit, portable desk and TV in the pod, with 3 different light settings. It does not cancel out noise, but it muffles noise. Ear plugs are provided along with water, toothbrush, q-tips, towels and more. Breakfast was provided through hostel vouchers for the closest McDonald's - about a 3 minute walk around the corner. Great variety of music selected to play in the lobby. The women's bathroom was impressively beautiful and comfortable - nothing like any hostel I have stayed in before. The hostel is a 5 minute walk from the MRT (access to 5 subway lines) and 1962 bus route (airport shuttle for $135 TWD), very easy to navigate from this location. My only complaint was the 2 USB ports did not work in my pod and the mattress was not comfortable. I ended up folding and laying on the cozy comforter and my 2nd pillow for comfort. The entrance is unattractive until you get to the steps leading to the lobby/front desk. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Thank you UZ Hostel Staff!

Clean/personalized capsule. Close to MRT.
First time trying out a capsule hostel and love it! Stayed here when came to Taiwan and stay here again flying out. Had a good night sleep(vertical), clean shower, friendly /helpful staff and close to MRT and airport.

太空艙內還算乾淨，但床墊很薄 躺起來很硬很不舒服。風扇根本開不了，打開聲音就很大。一個房間太多人(艙)了，早上不想起床也一定會被吵醒，睡眠品質很差！我也是想體驗太空艙才來的，建議可以去找別間體驗
