In general the service and the conversation with staffs were great, and the room was nice and spacious. The only thing that was bothering us was the water pressure was weak, it took sometimes to wash off the soap.

Happy Stay with Family

Very convenient location. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is average. Recipient has both experienced staffs as well as some quite junior staffs that could use more training. Overall happy stay with my family 😄

The room is dirty which ants appears in bathroom, bed and wall. The toilet papers are in moist condition with dusts around it. Room hygiene is bad. The service is also below average . Not recommmend it.

The hotel location is good and staff are friendly. The room was not as expected based on picture. The 3rd bed was a sofa bed which is not as comfortable for adult. The toilet draw curtain concept is ideal for couple but not so for room sharing. As we are on level 3, we have a window that is completely blocked so as good as no window. The breakfast spread was disappointing, worst than a 3-star hotel that we stayed previously.
