Bed was average, too soft for us. Location was great- near Taipei station. However, our flight was early at 0825 hrs and therefore, we have to take a transport to the airport. The airport rail only operates at 0600hrs and we needed to check in at 0600hrs. However, hotel relax was excellent in arranging for our transport.

The location is fantastic with friendly staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the lobby on the 11th floor offered a lovely view along with complimentary water, coffee, and tea. After checking out, my parents were able to rest in the lobby for two hours, which was a great convenience. Highly recommend for its welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

The location and the professionalism of the staff are the keys of the higher scorebfor this property. It takes only few minutes walk from the underground mall Z6 exit. The reception and housekeeping staff are friendly, informative, patient, and courtesy. The only draw back is the room is small and dated.
