the room was in good condition, clean and spacious, the bed and the pillows were pretty comfortable. we even got a free upgrade! there were free biscuits, coffee and cold tea in the lounge room. however, the water temperature in the shower was difficult to manage, either it was too cold or too hot. the elevator was quite old since the hotel is in an old building.

Our family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Attic. Rooms were comfortable, facilities were adequate (including a pantry area we really appreciated). Location was excellent - very walkable to where we needed to be, with lots of food options in the area. Only minor complaint is that room was a wee bit compact for three. Would have given 5 stars on property otherwise. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.

The property is located on the 10/F of a residential building. Building feels relatively safe although access controls could be enhanced to improve guest security. My stay was good and really appreciated that the reception allowed me to check in 3h earlier as all shops were closed as I arrived when typhoon Kong-Rey struck Taiwan. The convenience of this location and the value for money offered for its proximity to 西门町 is really fantastic.

Great location

Hotel was crazy hard to find. Staff was friendly and serviceminded. The room was spacious and light. The bathroom was a bit weird. Was impossible to shower (standing in tub) without the floor getting wet. The hotel was 5 minutes away from Ximen - central place of Taipei. Water cooler and snacks provided. Would stay here again.

Nearby Ximending and able to find food around the area easily. Staff is also very friendly and checked us in early. Did not like that the heater takes some time to heat up as it was cold during the period we went and there's no heater in the room/toilet. Im a light sleeper, in the morning we can hear the heavy trucks driving passing by as well. Nonetheless, if guests are not concerned with the above, would recommend this hotel. Lastly would recommend upgrading to this room as it is average size, wouldn't say it is big.

Stay well arranged for me who brought an Old mum

Will stay in this hotel again if I visit Taipei again. Super convenient to Ximending the trendy shopping area. Fantastic staff who has arranged our room right opposite the pantry and also their reception and staff had friendly attended to us almost immediately as I thought to informed them I bringing 2 teenage girls and 1 80+old mum with me. Super arrangements I would say and appreciate their help. Sorry to caused much inconveniences as mum asked to call for me. Thank you again. :) to lovely staff.

When arriving the building, we were a bit skeptical as it looks like a very old residential building. But when arrived on the reception level, it gives a different perspective altogether. Nice and clean. Reception staff was helpful and polite. The only thing that is not good is when turn on the water in shower, the drain has a really bad smell. Not sure if this can be improved. Other than this, all is good. Thanks.
