Not storage in room for clothes Bad operation of elevators. Sometimes it took me 15 minutes to get in my room No proper showering facilities when you fly at the end of the day. Food and location and staff are excellent

Rooms are modern with nice views, comfortable beds and slick bathroom. Hotel has nice outdoor pool on roof and small gym. Water in the pool was very cold so could not enjoy it much. Elevators were not running well and had to wait for one to arrive for several minutes. Cleaning staff came knocking on the door even with "do not disturb" signal on. It is a nice place to stay otherwise.

Very clean and stuff are very friendly. I requested a room with sunset view, and actually the room was on the west side on the top floor which was best to observe the sunset. The coffee machine in the room was very nice. We really enjoyed stay there.

I was there one night for work and leisure mix, but didn't get to enjoy the hotel much. I did have lounge access but the time slot is so short and they don't warn you before they pack things away. Other than that, the room was excellent and clean - i liked the multiple lighting options in the room.

Great location, walkable distance to many choices of food & near a train station. Hilton standards of luxury environment and facilities. Staff could use a bit more training in English proficiency though. Bathroom is clean but could use a bit more scrub around the shower corners.

Property is good but I believe the staff is not fully equipped to handle the number of guests this hotel gets. Also I had a poor experience at check in..no bell boy etc.. also the lock of my rooms door went bad. It took md an hour to get back into my room by finally calling the supervisor, else they were like so lazy to open my rooms door. . Thank god I did not have my flight at that moment. ROOM service is mentioned 24 hrs but it is NOT. It is till 11pm only. Need to mention correct details - misleading

Staffs were very rude, check in was bad attitude and rude, not a welcome word, got the key and went to room, key was not working, came down to change and not a word of apology. Went to shopping and rush to other event, ask concierge to help bring up the stuff, they put in the corridor of the room by walkway. Not a sitting area at lobby for you to sit, or wait for taxi! Not recommend if you want to bring your family vacation, bad ambience and bad staffs

Great night sleep
This hotel had a lot of great things, but my favorite was the bed. It was so comfortable! The room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was well-cleaned and very modern.

pleasant business trip stay.
3 min. walking distance to all three rail traffic systems. completely new hotel but didn't have time to use the hotel facilities, therefore no judgment on that.

Disappointed check-in and restaurant. I was told that the room (wrong booked the Accessible room) will not be ready even after 3 pm, even not guaranteed later (6-7pm), the receptionist kept apologizing but avoided a solution. Only after I told her that I didn’t need apology but solution, or I would lodge a complaint to the senior management or head office, I asked either refund my money or give me the right room after 3 pm, then a manager appeared and arranged a room for us. Also, we had an expensive and unduly delay dinner on the first night. My wife ordered a plate of vegetables, we waited also one hour. I don’t think it’s the right reception for a famous hotel like Hilton.

Good hotel but service can be better improved
Staff could be more attentive to the needs of hotel guest during check in. The room we were allocated to was ready at check in (according to the staff) yet we waited for more than 30min for a confirmation from housekeeping in order to get our hotel card keys. Hotel check in staff requested for us to wait at the lobby while they confirmed with housekeeping and would get back to us once ready, but we were forgotten about until we went back to the counters to ask about the room (which was already confirmed ready).

Clearn, convenience location, beautiful facility, top swimming pool and garden are nice /pretty, hotel locate at cross the street of high speed train, but quite . This is my first time stay , will return in the future.

Service a little hush from the front desk
Everything is fine except I couldn't get just an hour of extension on the last day of my one week stay there, as promised by Hotel.com. Also, the front desk staffs need to give a little warmer feeling to customers.
