這間飯店位置非常好，在捷運旁邊，附近也有便利商店跟食肆，非常便利，但因為飯店比較舊，設施難免有點老化，員工很耐心、友善，價錢不高，可以再試

打開水龍頭水是土黃色的，熱水水壓嚴重不足洗的很辛苦，特別訂有浴缸的飯店期待泡澡，結果非常失望

床太軟，枕頭太薄，床已經太軟枕頭又不夠厚有枕頭跟沒枕頭一樣，另一半翻身都會被吵醒，桌子有水痕，浴缸有一塊小鐵繡，洗澡的時候會有鐵繡汁在那邊流。 早餐不錯該有的基本都有。

有提升 進步的空間

1.房間寬敞 , 但洗手間的衛生紙沒補充好 , 僅剩一些可使用, 2.住宿三天兩晚, 第二天回房, 房間的紙拖鞋 ,卻沒更換,也沒擺放整齊? 依然是我們第一晚入住穿的,(因浴室淋浴玻璃門,門縫水多少會外漏,弄濕.) 3.化妝台鏡子框架處，看見許多灰塵殘留在上? 很不舒服. 化妝台的椅子一拉開,抽屜卻自然拉出 (原來是用椅子頂住,抽屜推進本身就沒密合 ? ) 4.沙發色澤可能是老舊,視覺上不舒服. 5.希望飯店能整體通盤檢討,能讓外國旅客有個舒適.清爽.乾淨的入宿體驗. 讓台灣能透過世界各國旅客留下美好的印象.

除了離捷運站近外，其他還好，住豪華雙人房，加大雙人床，房間和浴室都有菸味，書桌上竟然有指甲，上廁所時，一直聽到流水聲，房間燈好暗

Would not recommend

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in a budget room. This was our second stay at this hotel. We had to switch rooms because of an unpleasant smell (which I can only describe as “old”) and suspicious white powdery flakes all over the floor. The second room was only slightly better. It was somewhat worse than our last stay and the only reason we stayed again was because the location was perfect for our needs and near relatives. However, we will stay somewhere else in the future. It was just not comfortable and everything felt a bit dirty just because it was old and not updated enough. The hotel staff were all very nice and accommodating.

飯店就在捷運新埔站2號出口旁邊，離64號快速道路交流道也非常近，交通便利。一開始Check in給的房間發現天花板空調出口滴了一大灘水，和櫃台反應後，服務人員立刻幫我們換房間並升等，讓我們原本住到漏水房間的不開心有所彌補 ，因此可知服務人員反應迅速、服務態度周到。惟飯店浴室設施略顯老舊，有些黴漬沒有清除。早餐種類豐富也好吃、在餐廳的服務人員很親切。
