Was upgraded to the larger room. Essentially a home rental - not a hotel. But in a good area and very comfortable stay. The property was clean and spacious and it was nice to have my own space (and the added ability to do laundry was also useful). Just make sure you send a message via WhatsApp to confirm the stay and get details about check in!

A single room resident in a convenient location

It is a single room unit within the resident neighborhood, 5min walk to Ximen Mrt/Ximending shopping street. If you plan for JiuFen, even better because there is straight bus 965 just opps the location. Room is comfortable and not for fussy travellers which can stay 5 and above. Overall is good experience.

There was neither clock nor telephone in the room. The price was reasonable. The owner appears to be an ocean Iover as the room is decorated with nice art work pieces about fish and boats. It would be nice if the towel hanger in the bathroom was not occupied by the hanging lifesaver models. The room was equipped with an electric kettle for making boiled water. No daily housekeeping was fine with me as a short-stay (two and one-half nights only) solo traveler.

I have mixed feelings about this place Let’s start with the bad 1. This is not a hotel, despite booking this on hotels.com. This is an apartment in a residential building which means you check in yourself by getting a set of keys in a lock box. No reception, no daily cleaning, just an apartment. I would have booked through Airbnb if I wanted this style. 2. As everyone says, the elevator, the exterior and walking to the apartment is all old, smelly and coming back to the apartment each day was a drag. People left their garbage outside their doors 3. Bathroom sucks - bathroom and shower in one. We also ran out of hot water, but owner was quick to call someone over to fix it up. My wife had to take a cold shower and I copped an earful. 4. Sheets and towels felt dirty, so ended up buying own towels Now the good 1. Price - you get what you pay for land the above reflects the price. Not bad for a family of 4 2. Location, location, location. Can’t fault this and it was awesome getting around Taipei. 3. Large room and great for family of 4. 4. Aircon was great and worked a treat 5. Washing machine - it was a life saver as this was the last leg of the trip, so washed out clothes every single day. Ample clothes hangers as well. 6. Full size fridge - that was awesome!! Take everything with a grain of salt. Overall I’d recommend this place for a quick stay - max 2 nights. We stayed 4 nights and it felt like a drag.

Close to Ximenting and MRT

The host was friendly and helpful. Wifi provided was fast. Room was clean and cosy. Located 5 min walk from Ximen station and Ximenting shopping district.

ホテルだと思っていましたが、いわゆる民泊です。 カギのボックスのパスワードを受け取ったり、パスポートの写真を送るのに、オーナーとLINEのIDを交換し、LINEでやり取りすることになります。予約完了するまで分かりませんでした。 オーナーさんはいい方でしたが、見知らぬ海外の人とLINE交換し、パスポートの写真を送るのにかなり抵抗がありました。 エアコン設備、排水環境と湿度環境が最悪です。 エアコンはカビ臭く、効きも悪く、除湿をしても湿度が全然落ちません。 ただ、エアコンを消すととても暑いので、消すわけにもいかず、カビ臭い中過ごしました。 また、エアコンがベッドの真上にあるため、寝る時にエアコンを付けていると、直で身体に当たり寒く、消すと暑く、嫌な思いをしました。 ３泊しましたが、タオル交換はありません。 3日間同じバスタオルを使うのですが、湿気で乾きにくく、2日目からは雑巾のような生乾き臭が部屋いっぱいに漂います。 エアコンのカビ臭さと合わさって最悪の臭さでした。自分で街でタオルを購入して使用しました。 シャワーを浴びても、排水が悪く、トイレの方まで水が溜まります。汚い石鹸水が流れ終わるのを待たなくてはいけませんでした。 オーナーさんはなんとかよく見せようと、壁に飾りを付けたり、爪切りや懐中電灯、USB充電器などを設置して、努力されてるのは感じましたが、湿気とカビ臭さがものすごいのと、タオル交換サービスもないため、2度と泊まることはないです。

オーナーさんからとても丁寧なLINEをいただきました。 駅からの行き方や、タクシーでの住所の言い方、オフラインチェックインの仕方、ゴミの捨て方まで、すごく対応が丁寧で有り難かったです。 施設は綺麗で景色も綺麗でした。 西門駅からとても近いので便利でした。 部屋からの鍵の開け方が少し難しかったり、シャワーの温度調節に少し手こずりましたが、いい思い出です！ 絆創膏やタオル、ドライヤー、ティッシュ、石鹸ゴミ袋までアメニティーが豊富で期待以上でおもてなしにすごく心が温まりました。 学生の初海外旅行でいろいろ不安でしたが、このホテルにまた泊まりたいと思います！

室内の内装がとても可愛いく、素敵な時間を過ごせました。ただ、エレベータからお部屋までの廊下がいつ通っても異臭を感じました。部屋の中は臭くなかったのでエレベータから部屋まで息を止めてダッシュしました。

抵達8樓並走出電梯外時，就聞到一股陳舊的味道，沿途也看到幾隻蟑螂屍體。一進到屋內，發現實際狀況與預期的有落差。或許照片不能很好的反映空間感，也沒有預想到這是一棟較老舊的大樓。但這種落差感也很快被時間沖淡。 我們發現隔音不是很好，有好幾個晚上因為鄰居 (應該也是旅客) 的噪音影響了睡眠。 我們的單位 (My Home Room) 加床後住三人有點擁擠，在地板上打開行李後幾乎沒有空間行走。 滿意的是地點非常方便，走路一兩分鐘就到西門町，附近也有餐館，麵包店，便利店等。也近台北車站，地點無懈可擊。

西門町徒歩７分位と立地が良い。 古いマンションの一部を改装して部屋にしている。 10FはHotel attic で、表にはそのホテルの看板しか出ていないので注意！LINEでコンタクトを取れば動画も含めてチェックインのやり方とか色々教えてくれます。 廊下は老朽化でひび割れも…建物全体的の改装は急務でしょう。 部屋は窓もありファンシーな雰囲気。オーナーは女性？ 洗濯機も洗剤その他小物も備わっていますが、非常に分散して置いてあるので宝探し？して下さい。 wifiのパスワード、ミネラルウォーターなどしばらく場所が解らなかった。 エアコンは暖房のみです。 部屋により違いはありますがシャワーが狭く使いにくかった。設備は新しいので好みが別れる所でしょう。

綺麗でした

私が滞在したお部屋は、新しく、黒ずんだりして汚れているところはありませんでした。(一緒にいった親戚のお部屋は少し古く、薄汚れている感じでしたが、綺麗でした。)エアコン、冷蔵庫もきちんと使えました。隣の人の音も、大きな音なら聞こえるかな～くらいで、気にすることはほぼありませんでした。 Wi-Fiも何の問題もなく使うことができ、電圧機？のコンセントも置いてあり、とてもありがたかったです。 少し不便だったのは、タオル交換がないのにタオルが少ないことです。もう少し余分にあると助かるなと思いました。 初めての海外旅行で、「部屋やトイレが綺麗じゃない、、」ということはある程度身構えていましたが、その必要がないほど過ごしやすかったです。 西門駅から徒歩8分ほどで、台湾の観光名所、九份への直行バスもあり、アクセスもとても良かったです。 台湾に来ることがあれば、またこのホテルに滞在したいです。

除了浴室沒有乾濕分離之外，其他都滿意的，交通方便，鄰近西門町及西門站，附近亦有family mart及7-eleven，期待下一次再到台灣的時候可以再入住。
