The most courteous staff in Taiwan! When my flight was cancelled and I was late for check out, they allowed me 1 extra hour. Also, the room was cozy, and the kitchen was beautifully stuffed with everything you can think of. 5-star rating!

Poor communication with no response to emails. The room was extremely dirty, with two dead cockroaches. There was a lot of moisture in the toilet, and the paint on the walls was deteriorating. Overall, the hotel was a huge disappointment. Terrible value for money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
