Big Standard Twin Room with 2 queen beds -- wonderful! The hotel was nicer than I had expected for the price. Very clean and within walking distance to several F&B options. The 3 washing machines and dryers were free to use and breakfast was included in the price.

Very average. Labelled facilities including gym and laundry which looked dubious, and the gym equipment bar one bike was broken. Looked like it hadn’t been serviced for a while. Location wise was accessible for the city centre via bus. There’s surprisingly some high end restaurants nearby if that’s within your price range.

Hygiene is up to par. Didnt have to worry alot on that part. Enjoyed our 3 days stay. Staff is very friendly, always ready to help out without us asking. Place is easy to find as well.

Rude & Completely Not Flexible Front Desk !!
I arrived the hotel at 2pm, they insisted check-in was 3pm, even though the room they organized for me was fully cleaned, ready, and inspected by their room supervisor. I know this as my family has the room right next door and they asked the staff about the status of my room! Completely not flexible staff and rude at the front desk!! Traveling with two children and lots of luggages they still insisted I wait till 3pm sharp! To top it off, the towels are super filthy, smokey smell to it, and wondering how they do laundry!

Location was excellent and beds/linen were EXTREMELY comfortable. There was a particular lady though at the check in counter who was EXTREMELY arrogant and very dismissive. it's a pity i dint get her name. Rest of the other staff were very polite. Breakfast is also excellent with a good selection of taiwanese-style continental breakfast.

I highly recommend this hotel whether you are staying overnight for leisure or staying longer for business. The hotel is nice and clean with all the amenities that you need. The bed is super comfortable along with both memory foam pillows and regular pillows. I had a good night sleep.

Clean and bright
The room I stayed in was clean and bright with modern fixture and amenity. Everything is in good condition. Location is a little away from the center but convenient enough. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on it. Good value for the money.

Affordable but good condition!
Quiet, clean and all the facilities are in good condition. bed is comfort. One weak point is that not many shops near hotel..even convenient store..

the unique thing that I discovered of this hotel is the free self-laundry service. It provides free washing liquid as well. So sweet!

This is the second time I chose this hotel for my trip in taichung, Taiwan. It still doesn't fail my expectation. Definitely a must try hotel. You won't be disappointed

Good hotel
Good hotel with decent amenities. Room was clean and reasonably sized. Location was somewhat out of the way. 10 min walk from Soho department store but would probably need a taxi to get anywhere else.
