I had issue with my room , like I got out of the shower and no towels . Yes I forgot to check. The staff did waist my time with excuses the young man just got me what I needed and ensured everything else was taken care of . Outstanding customer service.

We stayed a couple of nights and thought the stay was fine. Staff was very polite and overall location was kept up and clean. Area is nearby to stores and restaurants. We had a minor issue with the toilet running continuously and both outside and inside was a bit noisy at times. I would stay here again.

Great stay
The only thing that kept me from five stars was there were no rugs on the floor. I get it for cleanliness, but it was -28 outside and my feet were cold stepping out of bed the next morning. Otherwise a great place. Breakfast was very versatile and cooked well. Staff was very approachable. The bed was very comfortable

The staff, including the gentleman who did the breakfast layout, was as friendly as can be. The room was very clean. The breakfast bar was well stocked, with the hot food being hot and the cold selections cold, just the way it should be.

Noisy stay.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but it was so noisy we barely slept. You could hear every step the people above us made. There’s no carpet in the rooms, which is good for cleanliness but horrible for sound.

I was double charged. I had paid online when I booked and had my mobile receipt. Even either they charged me again. I should have been able to just checkout since I had my receipt. They charged me again…after about 40 minutes told me it would come off in a few days. Did not and posted to my credit card. I had to call and have them take it off. I have used Expedia numerous times and I have never had so much trouble with checking out.

Well I was extremely disappointed in my room and the pool was out of commission. My room had a funky odor. I moved my next night to another hotel in the area. I am hard to disappoint but this was one of the rare times.

Loved the breakfast!! The AC in our first room didn't work, but we were easily upgraded. All the soaps and products were dove brand which was nice. The beds were comfortable after a day at the lake.
