「The property had very friendly and helpful staff and there was a security guard on site. The toilet lacking a seat was a bit unsettling but the hot water was nice and they turned the generator on when the power went out even though it was daylight. 「When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival.
