Very nice hotel so relaxing
My experience in eco hotel is good. The ambiance of the room is really cool I love the style of the room the design. For me this is the best hotel in tagaytay.

Clean and pet friendly
We stayed there for one night on a rainy day. We were awaken by dripping water from the ceiling directly onto the bed. Room is definitely smaller than a standard hotel room size but it’s clean. This would be okay for quick stays in tagaytay.

Affordable Hotel View
What I love about this hotel is the view and that I was able to take my dog for reasonable price. Other hotels fee for dogs ranges from 1500-2700. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and cozy. I will definitely go back! :)

Thank you for your constructive comments. Since we are a green hotel, we make use of solar panels for power and it may take awhile for the water pressure to kick in. Wifi is available in the common areas, but we are speaking with our service provider for a stronger connection. The pros, location is good. While the cons, the water pressure in the shower room is too weak & the water temperature is hard to control.We also encountered cockroach in our room.
Thank you for your constructive comments. Since we are an eco-hotel, we use solar energy for power and we try our best to conserve water. We have regular fumigations in order to address the pest problem.

Great view from our room!
We really loved the view from our hotel room. It's relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying. Overall, we liked our stay. We just hope there's wifi in the room.

Privacy issue
There were workers in the vacant lot behind the property who kept peering at our window. It would be helpful if the owners put one-way window films to block out sunlight as well as maintain privacy.

good place to stay :)
We had a marvelous stay in Tagayaty at the Eco hotel. Wonderful interiors and very good service. Very reasonably priced too. My only concern was that the receptionist didn't inform us about the free glass of wine :) from mr and mrs umlas

Cozy hotel with good location! Arjune who was in the reception desk was very accommodating and assisted us in all our needs. Also, the security guard was so helpful in the parking area and during night duty. The breakfast staff were very friendly. We will definitely go back!

New Eco concept hotel, however room is bit small for the price. Cleanliness is Okay but there is mole on shower curtains; paint in bath room start peeling off. Noise from adjacent road and neighborhood is apparent.

Great affordable hotel with wonderful view. Great location too, right across the Ayala mall. The coffee was really really good. Took away 1 star because of poor wifi.

So so
I am expecting a value for money. Hotel in cute and clean friendly staff but the service is poor and amenities are just fine. it lives on its name Ecohotel because of the concept and teh idea of the property, the great down side of this hotel is the room is really small (No cabinets tables chair) its like a closet. Personally I will not recommend this property. needs a lot of improvement!!!!!

Service is bad. It's like a hostel not a hotel. During our stay, the hotel security guard keep on knocking our door in the middle of the nigjt just to inform us about our room reservation for two. I wouldn't dare to go stay in this a.k.a hotel. Which does not offer a hotel quality service.

Big surprises come in petite papackages.
Hotel experience was pleasantly overwhelming considering the rate I got it for. The hotel is very homey and the staff made me feel welcome the minute I stepped in. They handled my reservation swiftly but efficiently. Not only were my needs met, they were anticipated without being intrusive. The room was comfortable and equipped with basic amenities. Its pine scent combined with the fresh Tagaytay breeze was so soothing it sent me in a deep, uninterrupted slumber. I like that there is an ecological story behind every piece of furnishing from the parking area all the way up to the roof deck. I also commend the hotel for espousing such practices amongst the staff thereby passing on to the guests. Continental breakfast at a glance may seem meager but I was seriously stuffed and the coffee was gorgeous! I will !ost definitely come back and stay longer soon.

Its a Green Hotel!
I just booked a room last minute as I was already in the area. I was pleasantly surprised as to what it was! Eco- meant ecological! When you look closely, their lamps are made of spoons, egg crates and wine bottles, tables from crates and pallets, very creative. The bed was comfortable. The staff were great! Great Value for money. I had a view of the lake!

The hotel itself was clean and nice, however the website did not list the additional charges: - A bar of soap 150PhP extra - "Incidental Deposit" - 1k (you will not get this back) - Free breakfast (Packaged coffee cakes, and nothing remotely Filipino) Other headaches: - Due to the hotel being "new" there was NO working AC - No screen on the window (Good luck not getting eaten by mosquitoes and after opening the window) - None of the locals know where this place is. You will need to know the cross street, and the general location when telling the cab/tricycle driver where to go, else the address will send the locals to a nearby town (headache for both you and them, should this happen again its fair to give the driver a good tip for the waste of gas) I would not go here again.

We have just opened Eco Hotel Tagaytay April, 2015 and are on soft opening. We would like to let our guest know that we are open to all their suggestions for further improvement. The soap given to the guest came in a whole pack of other amenities that costs a total of P150.00. The deposit is normally given back if there are no damages to property. We were hoping they would understand. Thank you for the comments as we need those to further improve our service.

屋上テラスからの景色が良いホテル
　部屋は一番安い部屋を予約したので道路側の狭い部屋でした。とても狭くテレビとエアコン以外に何もないので追加料金を払って部屋替えを試みましたが毎日満室で無理でした。 　高地なので夜は肌寒いぐらいだったため冷蔵庫は無くても我慢出来ましたが、夜通し多くの車が行き交う幹線沿いのため終日騒音で眠ることは出来ませんでした。 　朝食は屋上テラスでとりますが、シンプルながら美味しくいただき、湖もきれいにながられました。 　スタッフも皆さん親切で感じ良かったです。

ホテル名にふさわしい内装です。
タガイタイへ旅行に行った際に宿泊しました。 近く(道路の向かい側)に大型のＳＭ(ショッピングモール)があり、 祝日ということで到着まで道が混んでいて時間がかかりました。 部屋の内装はエコホテルの名前が良く合う内装で、雰囲気はとても良いです。 但し、部屋は狭く、ベッドも背の高い方は窮屈に感じるかと思います。 又、Wi-fiはロビーのみで部屋までは届きません。 朝はホテルの屋上で食事となっており、内容は他の一般的なフィリピンのホテルと同レベルです。 近く(隣)はレストランがあり、雰囲気が良くディナーなどによいと思います。 ＳＭには日本食レストランも入っています。(ラーメンチェーン店) 又、ＳＭ内に保育サービス的な施設等もあり(但し、英語必須)子供が居ても問題はありません。 (ＳＭまで直接道路を渡れません。横断陸橋を渡る必要があります。) カップルや家族連れであればロケーション的にも良いかと思います。

景色が綺麗で快適なホテル
その名の通り、シンプルでエコロジカルなホテルです。 屋上バルコニーでタール湖を眺めながらの朝食とエスプレッソコーヒーは最高です。 ここを拠点にジプニーやトライシクルで色々移動して楽しめます。 部屋はコンパクトですが、狭いと感じればロビーや屋上へ出て過ごせば良いと思います。 全体に素敵な雰囲気の建物です。 ただ、道路の騒音が夜は若干気になるかも知れません。

Vietettiin yksi yö matkalla Filippiinien halki, hotellin sijainti loistava, vieressä uusi pieni ostoskeskus. Hotellin huoneet erittäin pieniä ja suunnittelua olisi voinut olla parempi 1/3 osan huoneen koosta lohkaisi suuri kylpyhuone, jossa sinällään ei ollut mitään erikoista. Filippiinien hintatasoon nähden pidän tätä hotellia aavistuksen hintavana
