「The water coming out of lavatory faucet was a trickle. I called management and the man said “is the pressure low?” I said “yes, there’s not enough water to wash hands. Is that normal?” He said “yes”. End of story. We had to use the tub faucet to wash up. Neither remote worked with TVs. Batteries dead. Tracked down staff and they did not replace batteries in either remote, just gave me one from another room switching them out. AC is controlled by those motion sensors. Disappointed most...

「Online check in and out was super easy. The staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room was a king suite and we enjoyed the benefits of the kitchenette and the pull out couch bed. The pool area was highly enjoyed by our 8 year old. 10/10 he said :)」

「The executive room we had was ok. The bedroom was very humid. There was a humidifier in the living room but not the bedroom, so we stayed in the living room with our 2 kids. The pots and pans in the kitchenette were greasy from someone else who used them before, they need to check that better and the "keurig" too. It was dirty inside. The shower curtain did not come all the way down to shower floor so alot of water spilled. Over all it was ok, very close to the beach which is perfect」

「The room was clean, staff were helpful. There were plenty of towels in the pool area, spa water temp was great. Sadly, the spa had much off-color/missing paint, and its jets only gurgled.」
