"This is my second visit to the Urban Hotel within a month. This hotel is definitely worth the money paid. Hospitable, friendly staff. A huge amenity is the washers/dryer on the 7th floor near the roof. Plenty of water bottles in the room and on each floor. Microwave on every floor near the elevator. Sodas and noodles provided in the fridge upon checking in, along with a nice bathroom amenity kit. It's a 5-minute walk to the Songtan Entertainment District, so it's convenient to everything...

"This place was great. Parking was readily available. The staff was great. Laundry is free. You are within walking distance to central market which has plenty of food and shopping options. My flight was moved and they let me stay 2 hours past my checkout with no issues. Highly recommend. "

"This is my second visit to the Urban Hotel within a month. This hotel is definitely worth the money paid. Hospitable, friendly staff. Sodas and noodles provided in the fridge upon checking in, along with a nice bathroom amenity kit. It's a 5-minute walk to the Songtan Entertainment District, so it's convenient to everything there and the main gate of Osan Air Base. I will definitely stay here every visit to Songtan."

"집 공사로 인해 하루 숙박할 곳이 필요하여 묵었습니다. 다른 지역에 있는 신라스테이에 숙박했을 때도 매우 만족스러웠는데, 천안 신라스테이도 역시 좋네요. 조식도 맛있었고, 중식은 50% 할인 혜택이 있어 이용해봤는데, 기대 이상으로 훌륭했습니다. 전체적으로 복잡하거나 시끄럽지 않아 조용하게 쉴 수 있었던 점도 인상 깊었어요. 객실 상태도 매우 청결했고, 3시 체크아웃이 가능해서 여유롭게 일을 하면서 쉬다가 체크아웃할 수 있어 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 지인이 천안에 머물거나 또 숙박할 곳이 필요하다면 적극 추천하겠습니다."

"As I only stayed for one night, I didn't have the chance to experience many of the services. However, the room condition was clean, and as the name suggests, it was cozy and comfortable.
