We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our kids. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. They are using the name Extended Stay to trick people into thinking it is an Extended Stay America. The main sign on the street is a totally different name and the place looked very run down and even had at least one car up on blocks in the parking lot. The attendant spoke no English. I left and got a hotel elsewhere. According to the records I received, they claim I checked in on 7/3 and checked out on 7/5. This is a lie. I never checked in at all.
