Very suffocated room no windows felt like in prison. Bathroom when we took our shower it all flooded can’t use the toilet because its all wet! Breakfast I ask a cup of tea instead of coffee in the menu but unfortunately i was told i had to pay extra but of course its so silly so I said they have to speak with somebody luckily they agreed & i don’t have to pay 👍.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. They assisted my parents(seniors) with very satisfactory. The place is clean and very near the airport, public transport is just at front of the hotel. Very convenient.

Nice clean quiet hotel

Clean hotel, friendly staff, decent value for the money. The hotel is close by the airport which was great for our early morning flight but not very close to restaurants. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant hadn’t been resupplied and had a very limited menu during our stay.

place was close to the airport which is good. but when we wanted to have some food delivered to our room. the restaurant was already closed. the other resto was too noisy they can not hear what food we wanted to order.

It was nice to stay there. The breakfast was way too slow and we had to leave before it came. Took over 40 minutes to make a simple breakfast.

施設も部屋も清潔で、必要な物は揃っているし、シャワーの水量もあり、お湯の温度も安定していました。Wi-Fiは弱かったですが、滞在は快適でした。 ただ、Expediaに載っている情報と異なることがいくつかありました。 朝食有料とありましたが、無料で食べることができました。簡単なものでしたが、これは嬉しかったです。 逆にとても困ったのが、Expediaの地図に載っている場所と実際の場所が大きく違いました。私が予約した時の情報では、空港からとても近く徒歩でも行けるように表示されましたが、見当たらず、空港で人に聞いたところ、実際の場所は空港からトライセクルで10分ほど離れた場所にありました。市街に向かう道の途中の周りに何もない場所にポツンと立っています。夜は周りに家や店など何もないので真っ暗でした。また、ホテルからタクロバン市街に出るにも車で10分以上はかかります。 なので、立地的にはちょっと不便に感じました。空港からたいして近くないなら、市街に滞在した方が周りにお店もたくさんあって圧倒的に便利です。 夜に着くフライトだったため、空港から近いホテルを探し立地優先で予約したので、これは残念でした。 ただ、これはホテル側のミスなのかExpediaののミスなのか分からないので、評価にはマイナス点にしていません。 スタッフの方々はとても感じ良く対応してくださいました。

I originally went to Tacloban to see the MacArthur Landing Memoral in Leyte. This hotel was relatively close to it. Additionally, the hotel is almost within walking distance to the Tacloban Airport. I was impressed with the cleanliness. There was a small eatery inside the lobby, and prices were good for a tourist. The only "issue" is the Memorial was under "renovation" and therefore I could not get the angled pictures of the Landing that I wanted; the center was canvassed off. The next time I go to Leyte to see the Memorial I will stay at the Hotel Casta Brava. Very nice hotel.

The problem is the Hotels.com price was 18% higher than tbd Walk-in rate and the room provided was an "inside" room, without any window!
