「I have been staying in many hotels in this area but this is the worse place I ever stayed in. Upon checking in, the room bed sheets were dirty and stained all over. They advertise for many amenities that aren’t included. They didn’t have coffee machines and when I asked the staff, they said they only have limited amounts available. They have no hairdryer either. I asked them to clean the room and they said they are very busy and they can’t promise to clean the room for us. And lastly, I lost...

「Staff team was very courteous, unfortunately room was not what we expected. Lots of ants that we woke up to in our bed and on the floor at 5 am. They gave us 50% off the next time we come but we technically didn’t have a well rested night; although it was a nice gesture I just didn’t expect that from this resort.」
