"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

"The staff here were extremely helpful, providing us with a room to relax in while our rooms we're being prepared. We had taken the sleeper train from Hanoi so we arrived early. Most things we're walkable and area had many restaurants and shops."
