「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「das Hotel hat einen großen Hof in der mitte als Parkplatz. Auf der gegenüberstehenden Seite (vom Einfahrt aus) gibt es in zwei Etagen Zimmer. es gibt ein Gebäude auf der Ecke, wo im Erdgeschoss Restaurant und Bar ist und auf die Etagen sind noch Zimmer. warum diese Beschreibung: weil das Hotel auf dem Bild ganz anders aussieht. das erzeugt (aus meiner Sicht) einen falschen Eindruck. Das Zimmer war sauber und interessant eingerichtet. Das Abendessen war furchtbar und der Frühstück notdürftig.」

「Lage! Mitten im Ort. Parken hinter dem Hotel Max. 2 Stunden mit Parkscheibe. Dauerhaftes, kostenloses parken 5 Minuten entfernt bei der Universität.」

「Had a great stay - the room was nice and cleaned everyday. The receptionists were all very helpful and the food was also very nice. The only thing was the shower flooded the bathroom a bit. All in all a great stay and we shall probably be back next year.」

「I have trouble in my trip . it is really nice experience with wolf hotel. they are kind and helpful . To be honest , you need the good support in your trip and hold wolf give you a good choice . speaking good English . anyhow Wolf hotel is your best choice」

「The location and amenities were great. It is un-hosted so you check in on WhatsApp and get a link that opens the door. Once you get it worked out it is great. There was a record player in the room and a stack of records in the lobby area. Lots of fun. I tried to check in at 3:55 and they make you wait until 4:00 exactly. All manageable issues but I want everyone to know.」

「Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.」

「就在火車站正對面，對於坐火車的旅客超方便，附近有便宜的付費停車場一天四歐，大約走路10分鐘，開車也算方便。距離起司市集十來分鐘也很方便。老闆娘很熱情，感覺親切，早餐中規中矩的小自助餐台。美中不足的是浴室水量有點小，天冷的時候實在有點冷。床偏軟是那種坐在窗邊會滑下來的程度，個人不太習慣。」
