Wonderful! Clean and well designed property with everything you need in the rooms. Close to a bus station to go to Białka, Zakopane and Krakow. Breakfast is delicious with an abundance of choices.

Hotel Willa Tatrzańska is the most amazing hotel you can pick in the Krynica-Zdroj region. The staff are amazing, professional and very patient if you don’t speak Polish. They helped with everything I needed and made me feel right at home. The front desk staff are super helpful with recommendations for places to visit and for making sure you have everything you need. The restaurant is one of the best in Poland and conveniently located in the lobby, the restaurant staff will help you with...

They were helpful and kind even given our lack of Polish.

Great location and amenities Clean and spacious.

The hotel is a beautiful lodge in a great setting. There are views of the tall mountains on one side, ski slopes on another side, and smaller hills the other directions. Great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Friendly staff. We enjoyed watching the sheep grazing on the summer grass on the ski slopes. The nearby Terma Bania water park was much fun. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very relaxing - quiet and by a beautiful river.

Everything about this place was great. The restaurant was outstanding, great breakfast, but those dinners - great....and exceptionally reasonable. Locals were eating there, not just guests and hours were great. Location is central.

Overall everything was great

Very comfortable and solid 3 star property. Excellent breakfast and very clean. You can walk to the ski slopes - about 5 minutes.

Very pleasant and friendly service.

Wspaniałe, klimatyczne miejsce. Pokój przestronny, b. czysty, śniadania b. smaczne, produkty regionalne, dania z karty fantastyczne, karta win też ok, wszystko z zachowaniem racjonalnych cen. Gorąco polecam.

Dobry hotel, spełniający wymagania rodzin z dziećmi. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Są jednak drobne wady, jak na hotel przygotowany dla rodzin z dziećmi. 1) Brak windy do podnóża hotelu.

Properties, beautiful the rooms are a little bit outdated but outdoors is great and location. Awesome.

At the end of a mountain road, this is a nice quiet getaway. Loved our deck. Excellent service, American-style rooms. Didn't use spa but sure looked nice.

Staff was very helpful. They called several companies to get a taxi for me that would accept card payments. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful selection.

Everything was fine.

I took my parents to Kezmarok and needed a big room, so we booked the junior suite. It was rather spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the hotel courtyard and the Tatras. The hotel is atmospheric -a series of old homes/businesses that are now connected. This gives the hallways a bit of a byzantine effect, but I thought it added to the property's character. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is about as centrally located as it can be in Kezmarok. Able to easily walk to everything....
