Highly recommended
We had a wonderfully relaxing 5 night stay. The owners were very welcoming , friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. The place was well located with easy access to all the sites of historical interest around. The pool was lovely to dip into at midday. We would certainly recommend this place.

Fantastic B&B for exploring south Sicily
Il Giardino di Sicilia was just perfect for our visit to Siracusa. The B&B was very easy to find, located around an easy 10/15 minute car journey to the centre of Siracusa. The B&B is set back from the main road, with ample private secure parking. The proprietor greeted us on arrival, showed us our room, the dining area and pool. He also gave us a very detailed map of the area, pointing out the attractions and car parking. Our room was more than expected! We had a luxurious king size bed, large wardrobe (with plenty of hangers) TV and fridge. Door off leading to bathroom, with shower (no bath). There were also stairs leading to an open plan loft area with 2 single beds for children/adults, with plenty of space. The pool was fantastic and a great size, especially considering the B&B only has 5 rooms - it was also open 24 hours a day, so you could have a moonlit swim after a long day sightseeing! Plenty of loungers with outside showers and the lemon trees growing at the back. Breakfast was served 8.30am to around 10/10.30am, the usual continental breakfast, cereal, bread, cakes (homemade and delicious), cheese, ham, scrambled egg, juice, hot drinks. Evening meals were also available. Outside the room was a table with 4 chairs, also a washing airer. There was also free wifi, which was available just outside the room, on outdoor seating and around the pool. All the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed from 26 Sept to 3 Oct. The accommodation is located approx 15 minutes easy drive from town. The staff are very friendly and helpful but communication is quite difficult other than with Angelo.It would benefit from having a simple info pack giving a few details about their facilities and what is available to their customers. This would help with the language issue when Angelo is not available. Whilst many reviews give it top marks, we did not feel that was justified. We found their website site a little confusing. I.e. internet access is only available from the communal area.

Angelo and his family were fantastic. Very clean room with comfortable beds. Wonderful location close to Siracusa , ortigia, Noto and Fontana Bianche. Nice pool surrounded by orange and lemon groves. Recommend Visiting ortigia at night.

I totally recommend the place as a base to explore SE Sicily. Perfect place for a family with small children. Only minor 'downside' was that wifi wasn't accessible from our room - but that allowed us to relax even more.

A perfect place to stay to visit the UNESCO sites nearby. The host was most helpful in helping us plan our travel details to these areas. He also arranged dinner for us at an excellent nearby restaurant.

Wondeful stay at Il Giardino di Sicilia
Together with my wife we stayed for three nights at this wonderful farm. We felt very welcomed by the family owning the farm. We had a large and very clean room and an excellent breakfast with bread right from the oven and farm produce every. Convenient location - 7-10 minutes drive to downtown Siracusa. The owners were helpful with suggestions of what to visit. We enjoyed a lot our stay and are thinking of coming back next year.

Wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit einem wirklich sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber, der sich allergrößte Mühe mit allem gibt. Der Garten und der Pool sind wunderschön. Hier kann man getrost seinen Urlaub verbringen und genießen.

Bonjour, C'est une très bonne adresse pour séjourner et visiter l'est de la Sicile. Le mas est très bien tenu, le logement attribué très correct. Nous regrettons cependant un petit bémol. Lorsque les amis/famille du gérant sont présentes, il est impossible d'avoir un transat au bord de la piscine. Ils sont tous réservés toute la journée alors que les invités prennent leur repas dans la grande pièce. Aucune personne a daigné céder un transat. Lorsqu'il sont revenus dans la zone,ils sont allés dans l'eau ou on utilisé les chaises de la terrasse près de la salle à manger. Pas très correct tout cela quand on sait que nous payons pour avoir une place au bord de la piscine. Le gérant s'est alors montré énervé alors que... Mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Great special spot. Nice and quite. Friendly service. Everything was so clean, romms are spacious and well decorated with a mix of rural and modern styles. Nice beaches close by (Marchessa highly recommended) and Siracuse and Noto are must-see places to go. Car is needed to move around.

Erg mooi verblijf op een centrale plek
Laatste twee dagen van de vakantie verbleven. Op 15-30 minuten van Siracusa en Noto. Uiterst vriendelijk ontvangst, en erg mooie locatie/appartementen. Kamers zijn ruim opgezet. Houdt er rekening mee dat er een twee persoonsbed is, en een bedbank. Die laatste is qua comfort uiteraard iets minder, maar is van goede kwaliteit. Ontbijt is inbegrepen en heeft voldoende keuze. Wederom uiterst vriendelijk geholpen. Zwembad was voldoende groot en erg netjes, er omheen voldoende ligstoelen en parasols aanwezig. Doorgaande provinciale weg ligt op voldoende afstand, waardoor je deze niet hoort. Alleen snachts als het helemaal stil is kan je beter de ramen gesloten houden.

Mooie rustige omgeving met uitstekende liggen om de oostkant en zuidkant van Sicilië te ontdekken. Heerlijk zwembad en prettige kamer. Zeker onze vierpersoonskamer met in beide kamers openslaande deuren naar het terras voor en achter.

Environnement calme et agréable , Cefalù est une très belle ville , Malheureusement trop touristique et trop onéreuse. La propriétaire des lieux est très souriante et aimable ainsi que sa collaboratrice, Excepté le propriétaire des lieux qui ne dit même pas bonjour .

Très bonne adresse
Hôtes accueillants, chambre très spacieuse et joliment décorée, confortable et propre, au calme, joli jardin. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Parking dans la propriété. Seul petit reproche : un peu isolé. Mais si c'est ce que l'on recherche, c'est parfait.

Appartements agréables et spacieux. La nuit on entend pas mal la circulation. Un peu loin de syracuse. Le lieu doit être très sympathique en été car l'extérieur est agréable. Hors saison rien d'exceptionnel.

Il Giardino si Sicilia è situato nella campagna siracusana, non lontano dalla città e dall'autostrada Catania - Rosolini, comodo per visitare la città e le spiagge del litorale ionico. La struttura è moderna e confortevole, sviluppata su di un unico livello, immersa tra gli agrumeti. La camera dove eravamo alloggiati noi era situata nella dependance, accanto alla casa principale e ci ha permesso privacy e tranquillità. Abbiamo trovato tutto lindo, estremamente pulito ed ordinato, una bella camera grande con bagno provvisto di doccia spaziosa e funzionale. La piscina è fantastica, piacevole da vivere dopo una giornata passata al mare o a visitare i bei luoghi. Ma il fiore all'occhiello di questo posto è sicuramente la colazione, degna di un ristorante 5 stelle, c'è di tutto di più, non saprei cosa possa mancare, tanta qualità nelle briochine freschissime, nei cannoli preparati al momento, nelle marmellate di agrumi di loro produzione... una vera delizia per il palato. Inoltre la famiglia ed il personale che ci ha ospitato sono stati sempre pronti a soddisfare le nostre richieste senza mai essere invadenti, proprio una bella famiglia! Un saluto speciale alla ragazza delle colazioni. Consigliatissimo.

Questo era il secondo anno che vi soggiornavo con la mia famiglia ed anche questa volta super soddisfatta. Location ideale per visitare Siracusa, Noto e dintorni. Ideale anche per una semplice vacanza di puro relax. I proprietari davvero degli ottimi padroni di casa...Angelo gentilissimo, disponibilissimo ed anche un ottimo cuoco...e che dire poi della mitica colazione? Ottima!!!...Soprattutto le torte e le confetture della padrona di casa! Di sicuro da consigliare e da ritornare.

La prestation correspond bien au descriptif. Nous avons apprécié la piscine, le champs de citrionniers à perte de vue. Le petit déjeuner excellent avec fruits frais et des succulents gâteaux. Le logement est bien équipé et permet de profiter passer un bon séjour. La famille de propriétaire accueillante est au petit soin pour le bien être des hôtes.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gepflegter Anlage
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist traumhaft und gepflegt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und hat uns positiv überrascht. Jederzeit wieder!

environnement dans la nature, entouré de citronniers.
