"Check in went normal but the staff didn't smile at all and gave me the impression not welcome. The room door was sag to the floor and made loud noise to close. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and chipped. And the room was a little small. On the bright side, the location of the hotel is superb. Close to train, bus...and across the street from the Queen Victoria Building (QVB). The hotel is pretty clean and eco friendly."

"Breakfast was semi cold. Not impressed for the cost. Could have had a better fried eggs on sourdough for similar money. The curtain was broken. The key did not workthe first time. The door lock would not open at first. The stuff was nice, byt there was noonr at the desk when i first came in. For some reason i got 3 different charges from ibis breafast (that one is correct), then some sort of fee and $6 for something car related ( i did not havecar). No idea what i paid $6 for. "

"Good location. Room was clean. Good staff overall. Air conditioning was good. Did not see any laundry facilities though did not need it for the short stay but will need more detail information on that in case of the future"

"Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, found the food tasty, and experienced courteous and attentive service from the team. Staff from front of house to room attendants were fantastic. Following an injury, the front of house team were able to accommodate our change in plans, and help make our extended stay comfortable, reassuring & even better. While we greatly enjoyed the menu options, the options were similar & require a change to differentiate from nearby cafés. Our only disappointment was with the fridge not maintaining an appropriate temperature, resulting in spoiled food. The hotel's situated in fantastic location allowing us to do most things we wanted to do. We'll stay here again never time we're in Sydney. "
