Never again

Basic room with a desperate need of a make over . T.V was old non digital. What channels you could get had bad reception. Bathroom was dingy with no fan.Toilet crammed in between the vanity and the shower. Sydney was in the middle of a cold snap and the heating was insufficient. We did ask for another heater but they were unable to help. Child's doona cover was dirty and we asked to have replace. It was removed but not replaced. Kitchen very average.

Not Impressed at all

I was not advised the accommodation did not have a lift. We had to take our luggage up and down three flights of stairs. The bathroom was dirty, some of the towels were thread bare, the toilet did not flush properly and the whole bathroom needed a complete make over!! The air con did not work properly - the controls were set to cool and would not adjust. There were no screens on the windows and the TV was way too small for the size of the lounge/dining room. There was no milk in the fridge (as advertised), the ice container was empty. The reception female staff member was cool and overall quite rude in her manner when speaking to me.

Nice serviced appartment

We had a pleasant stay. The place is quiet while access to the city is easy. There is a private undercover parking and bus stop next door. All expected standard features were available. Overall, a very functional place.

looking forward to spend leisure time there

We'd a pleasant stay in April. The counter staff were polite and helpful. the room is clean and comfortable, best of all is the parking lot available to us. We'll go back there if we ever visit Sydney again.
