Rooms were clean and comfortable but shared bathrooms had huge cockroaches, which means the kitchen downstairs probably does too, so I would not want to eat there. Staff were very friendly.

Good Value - Budget Experience

Good value for the money. The staff was friendly and accommodating though feels weird there is no front desk. Room was small and a little noisy but nothing I didn’t expect. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

Great little room! Clean and comfortable. Really likes stay here and will.do so again. Two little suggestions... Please add teaspoons to make a cuppa and also a small mirror would be useful.

I liked the location it was easy to find, the parking was great, friendly staff, the room very clean & welcoming. The Illinois hotel was one of the nicest hotels Ive visited in Sydney I would definitely visit again 😊 I didnt like walking from my room to the bathroom late at night the hall was dark but lit up when i walked out of the room. The toilet was clean but again the lights turned off as i was still in the toilet i felt unsafe & had to turn my torch from my phone on to see. The location of the male toilet was too close to the female toilet which i felt unsafe using.

It was fine. It is a pub and this is pretty standard, even a bit better than usual for a pub. Shared toilet and shower but it was clean and recently renovated, so quite sleek.

With the help of the staff, I was able to locate its car park. Secondly, the facilities are quite new & modern, except no hand soup in the toilets, making me feel unclean after use. My room 15 could hear someone talking next door and the closing of door, esp. toilet and shower room doors could be quite loud.
