「The bed sheets were stained, the bathroom was dusty, and the bathtub faucet was old and difficult to turn on and off—especially to get the hot water running. They didn't provide a "Do Not Disturb" sign; consequently, the housekeeping staff would knock on the door every day at 9:30 AM to ask if anything was needed, which woke me up. I would not want to stay at this place again; the price for two nights was $458—far too high for the service provided.」

「I traveled with kids and stayed at this hotel for 5 days and it was honestly the worst hotel I have stayed at. I had to switch rooms 3 times because the first room the door didn’t lock and there were cockroaches, the second room the carpet had stains like crazy. I had to stay in the third room because there was no other rooms available, however there was this bad odor, it smelled like there was Pee on the carpet. I had to go out of my way to buy air fresheners so I’ll be able to breathe good...
