「Mixed experience turned nightmare - Loud, dirty, and a refused refund after no sleep. Our stay here was a complete disaster, leaving us to tackle a long drive ahead on almost zero sleep. To be fair, our late arrival was unexpected. We hit horrible storms which greatly delayed our arrival. 「The breakfast was very basic. The room had a weird smell which the staff was apparently aware of. The shower was good and clean. The room could use a refresh, but the bed was clean along with the sheets. If you can book it for a discount the it's ok for price. It just needs some updates and some serious ozone or a steam clean.」

You could not control it via the wall unit and it was right next to the bed, you either felt to hot or freezing depending on if it worked throughout the night. 「I had a really good stay here. The outside of the property looks a little rough at first, but don't let that fool you; the room was clean, updated, and much nicer than I expected. It was actually the nicest Red Roof Inn I've stayed at. Housekeeping came by during my stay, replaced my towels, and even cleaned the shower, which I really appreciated. They didn't remake the bed, but that wasn't an issue for me at all. I also had my key card stop working once, and the front desk quickly reprogrammed...
