"Room was good very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only slight downside was it wasn’t clear that the pool was only for guests 16 plus. My 11 year old daughter was disappointed we couldn’t swim."

"The hotel had about 10 parking spaces in front but they rented those out to a dealership to make extra money. So we had to use the underground parkade. We went out for supper and were told that parking is free by a receptionist who barely spoke German, the next morning we were charged 22 CHF for the parkade."
