Wir wurden sehr lieb empfangen, uns wurde geholfen einen Parkplatz zu finden, ein weiteres Zimmer wurde uns angeboten,weil der Sohn zu groß für das bereit gestellte Bett war. Sehr zentral an der Promenade gelegen. Einzig die Größe der Dusche und die Matratze waren für unsere Statur nicht wirklich gut geeignet

Es war soweit alles super, bei der Ankunft war es ein sehr netter Herr der an der Rezeption saß, der war echt super, das übrige Personal machte eher einen "sprich mich nicht an" und "jetzt muss ich leider mit dem Gast agieren " eindruck.

Varmt varmt varmt - vi fick en svit för en ganska billig peng och det var ingen ventilation överhuvudtaget. Att bli placerad vid ett bord där det sitter två par redan vid frukosten när hela matsalen var tom är inte okej! Riktigt bra frukost dock

Bra rum för familjen. Frukosten helt okej med förväntat basutbud. Läget var väldigt fint. Lite svårt när receptionist enbart pratar polska och tyska. Men de var hjälpsamma och man kommer långt med kroppsspråket.

Jättefint hotel!

Horellet har bästa läge mittemot flera restauranger och pubar. Rummet är rent och fint med ett trevligt badrum, men kanske inte de bästa sängar. Frukosten var mycket bra.

Hotel Gold liegt fußläufig zum Strand und der Promenade, mit zahlreichen Einkausmöglichkeiten und Restaurants - die Lage ist also top. Die Gäste sind überwiegend Ältere, kaum bis keine Familien oder junge Erwachsene. Das Personal wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas unfreundlich, ist aber stets hilfsbereit und gibt kompetente Auskunft. Die Räumlichkeiten sind zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist sauber und ds wird regelmäßig geputzt. Das Wlan ist leider sehr schwach. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klassisch, die Auswahl vielfältig. Ich meine es gab keine vegane und vegetsrische Aufstrich-Optionen. Allerdings gibt es außer in einem Obstsalat kein frisches Obst, dafür aber eine Auswahl an Gemüse und Brot.

Bei der Ankunft machte die Dame an der Rezeption einen bestimmenden, aber höflichen Eindruck. Die Tischzuweisung war mir im Hotel neu, fand ich aber auch nicht tragisch. Wie sich am nächsten Morgen herausstellte, war es eine nette und lustige Runde. Die Probleme mit dem Fernseher wurden intensiv angegangen und behoben. Ich würde das Hotel bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt wieder wählen.

Både hotellet och dess gäster har funnits i många år. Charmigt, men inte modernt. Allt var dock helt och rent, och de uppväxta träden utanför gav skön skugga på balkongen. Frukostrutinerna förde dock tankarna till forna öst-stater. Trots att matsalen bara var halvfull fick vi inte sitta där vi ville utan skulle dela bord med några av personalen utsedda andra gäster. Som tur var var det trevliga och pratglada gäster.
