"A decent hotel but nothing special. My standard room had a musty drainage type smell, windows could not be opened. Bathroom was the best quality of the room. Breakfast at £15.95 for one over priced in my opinion. Spa and Pool area was reasonably nice, towels provided. "

at Westerfield.
Great location with easy access to trains and a large car park on site.
The staff are great also, plus wonderful food.

"A frequent comment I have is that a double room is not provided with 2 chairs. Our room was compact, similarly the bathroom. We could unpack, a positive to me. When staying a few nights, I do not want to live out of a suitcase. Lack of towel rails to hang used towels to dry."

"The experience at Muthu was great. Staff were very courteous as well as accommodating. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great too. I liked the vibe of the place and the entrance is really grand. Gives a classy look without the expensive price tag. "

Particular praise must go to the lady (I don't know her name) that served behind the bar, served the dinners and worked in the breakfast room in the morning. She was really friendly and she didn't stop working. Whatever they are paying her, it's not enough !
