"We made the right choice. This is a classic well operated hotel with a huge range of facilities and world class service. Nana was incredible and looked after us from check in to check out and we even got an anniversary gift. Pool, gym and sauna were excellent - can’t wait to come back in summer when everything else is open. Only negative is the curse of in-room Nescafé!
The area is lively for nightlife and tons of great bars and clubs but the quality of restaurants doesn’t suffer like other places - highly recommend L’Ostricaio for authentic Sicilian food at decent prices. "
"Wonderful buffet breakfast, live music in lobby when we arrived, wonderful rooftop pool and rooftop bar. Heated outdoor and indoor at ground level, lovely sauna and small gym. Did not try the Spa but heard it was excellent. Lots of excellent restaurants very close by. The walk down to the beach is an excellent workout especially the uphill hike back (or grab a frequent bus or the Bolt rideshare which are abundant and inexpensive). Loved this hotel, our room was great, balcony was big and staff were amazing. Highly recommend."
"This hotel was the holiday we needed.
Brilliant spa facilities, spacious rooms and the most helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome and the Indian restaurant should not be missed.
Not much around this hotel to walk to but we had a car so all good for us. "

10/10 Excellent
"We had a marina view room but could still see the sea. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food was really good.
We unfortunately had an adjoining room and our neighbours weren’t quiet! The door between the two rooms was ill fitting and offered no sound protection. Better sound proofing would be good.
Clean towels every day.
Indoor pool very small and shallow but nice in the winter time. "
"Clean room and staff we amazing.
A very warm thank you to Katerina for making my wife’s birthday even more special with the added touch and nice complementary.
A thank you to Dubina as well for providing us with access to the club lounge it meant a lot. 😃 x "
"Comfortable room, lots of eating options at the hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Would recommend staying here, very clean communal areas. Lovely roof top terrace plenty of comfortable sun beds."
