「Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. 「Room Room was tidy and good; well equipped except there is no hair dryer. Even we requested for hairdryer a couple of times, it never appeared throughout our 4-days stay. No bottled water in room. Booking before I booked a room for 2, asked for twin bed at time of booking as I was travelling with my parent. The hotel replied with 2 upgrade options, both available only at nearly doubled price. In another word, a studio does not have 2 beds. 」

「I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...
