Lovely club house and dining area with great views over the golf course. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had room 2 not a good view from window but room although small was very comfortable. We had car trouble and had to leave early so did not get out and about. Quite a route march to have breakfast especially if weather is bad but would try again earlier in the season

Wasn't quite sure where to go on arrival, but soon found reception in the next building. There isn't a lift to the rooms and there aren't any on the ground floor. We were up 1 flight of stairs. There were 3 of us with 3 rooms, all with 2 singles and all slightly different sizes but a decent size. Room 1 has a bath with shower, which we had requested. There's tea and coffee making, biscuits and hair/soap/body wash. The lights didn't all work but at least 1 lamp did. A nice touch is there's a fan (which I needed), heater and blanket in each room and a hairdryer. Breakfast was lovely - in the golf clubhouse next door. There's a bar there too. We'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The price was good. Apart from lack of muesli and plain yoghurt the breakfast was good. Checking in was very unsatisfactory as noone seemed to k ow where I should go. I ended up having to phone.

Cold but clean
Clean and well furnished rooms but draughty (due to the huge gap around the door). Beds were comfortable. Hot water throughout our stay. Staff turned the heating on when I asked as the room was freezing on arrival. No access to bar or function room on the Saturday evening due to other events (unless we wanted to pay £5 to enter the function) despite no warning that access to these areas was subject to availability. Breakfast was lovely and the young lady serving was very pleasant and hardworking.

Despite advertising has a restaurant, they stopped serving well before 1900, so not really suitable for an evening meal - very fustrating. Breakfast or until 0800 so not suitable place to stay if you are working. No tea spoon in the room with the tea and coffee??

Peaceful stay, great for accessing the Mumbles! Design is probably for those who utilise the golf course, but staff friendly to everyone :)

Over all it was nice. The room was good but the room above us on the second night were a little noisy and we could hear an external fan switching on and of during the night. The staff were very helpful. If we stayed again we would ask for a different room and go later in the year.

Hotels.com site said check in was 9pm, I received a call to say it was 6pm and keys would be left somewhere. When I arrived it was pitch black and the security lighting didn’t activate until after I had fallen down a step! The room was cold as no heating had been put on. The breakfast was nice though no proper veggie option. Gail was lovely & service was fast. In spite of the good things, falling over in the dark with no proper instructions regarding check in and me falling (resulting in minor injury), I won’t book here again.

Great Views
Stayed in room 6 at the top of the building, great views of the bay and Swansea, plenty of room and really clean and tidy. Quiet warm but just turn the heating down or open the windows so no problem. The only thing I could suggest is to advertise breakfast is not served till 8 oclock and food is not served on a Monday evening, shame as the food is really good. I solved this by eating at The Woodman at the bottom of the hill as you turn up to go to the golf club, great food at good prices.

I stayed as part of a business tour around the South West Uk. The lodge is attached to the golf course on top of a large hill with views over the golf course. The room had enough space, 2 single beds and a clean bright shower room. Breakfast was freshly cooked and good quality. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved the breakfast, didn’t like the early sign in requirement , would have liked an iron in the room, understand that this was not the fault of the management but hated the constantly barking dog( all through the night) and the fact that there is no-one on site at night. Lovely location.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, but the room was so small. It was a twin bedroom but honestly that should be a single bed room. It was very small you struggled even to walk in that room.
