「洒店有機器自助辦理入住及退房，並設有地下及一樓的房間，當日被安排住在一樓的78號房，房間都闊落，但熱水供應就有問題，浴室設有冷熱水制，當調校好溫度一段時間，就變成冷水，且不會回復正常溫度，要將冷水制關掉，開大熱水才有熱水供應，所以又要調校適合自己的溫度。因此，需要重覆以上步驟，沖涼的時間亦加長了。酒店設有餐廳，如要出水食麥當勞，就要步行十五至二十分鐘。」
