「The hotel theme is a cute idea however, as other guests have mentioned, it needs updated. Rooms are large. Needs to be deep cleaned more frequently. Carpet around the perimeter of the room is dirty. The water gets scalding hot which scared me having a two year old. The beds were ok but the headboard came away from the wall at one point. The in-room whirlpool was nice and smelled like bleach on first use so I felt good about it being clean. The lighting is dark. The dealbreaker for room 166 was...

「We were in Columbia for a college campus visit. The room was clean, contemporary, and hotel is right off the man street where everything happens. It was quiet and easily walkable to restaurants, shopping, and campuses all around Mizzou, Stephens and Columbia. Great location with a parking garage. Millie, Lydia and all the staff were friendly, helpful and available immediately via text. 」

「Loved everything about our stay except the A/C. Did not keep room cool, tried to set it for 68 degrees but it never got under 74. Hotel is clean and quiet.」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「Staff wasn't tne friendliness person, could not find an elevator and as a disabled person climbing stairs with luggage, is not fun. Could not keep thr room very cool temps. Parking could be issue. Probably will noy stay there again. 」

「The building is in the process of being updated. It does have an updated look, which is nice! Everything seems to be done pretty sloppily though. They have tried. Paint dripped all over, wallpaper bubbly. When we turned on our air conditioner- flakes of black stuff blew everywhere. Got all over the bedding. There was someone else’s clothes left in a drawer. Bathroom faucet leaked all over the sink top. Floor extremely sticky. My family had the breakfast and said it was the saddest hotel...

「The place smelled gross, there were no blankets, just a sheet and a decorative fabric over the sheet that felt like curtain material. There was loud fist fights in the hallway at 6am, and to top it off, there was a literal cockroach on the sink. 」
