「Check-in was fast. Staff was very efficient and friendly. They had free coffee and water available to refill water bottles. The room was very clean and had everything you would need for a stay on the beach. The grounds were beautiful with the most amazing access to the water.」

Service was extremely friendly, and Giselle was quick to answer questions and provide solutions to problems, such as arranging transport to the ferry upon our departure. Towels were arranged artistically with tropical flowers when we arrived. The Garifuna restaurant next door has great food and live music. The only caveats about the hotel that I'd mention is that the door to the bathroom is entirely clear glass, so there's no privacy from your travel partner...
