After travelling the world in more than 75 countries, most of the times staying in hostels, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had by a wider margin. The place has lack of hygiene and smells so bad, they leave the dogs open but don’t clean properly so end up with a terrible smell all over the place. Could even find cockroach and rats. They’ve stolen my money as they refused to check in me because I didn’t have local currency to pay the keys, although nothing stated in T&C. Manager is so unprofessional, I’m going after my rights against this nasty place. I would highly recommend to avoid at all cost - not only because your stay will be unpleasant but also because it’s expensive. Just stay at Prost hotel 200m away - literally almost the same price for a tidy and nice room and a superb breakfast.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Staff & service
I have paid for the hostel but didn't realize that they don't have reception or anyone working after 8pm. I rang the door bell and called multiple times when I arrived but nobody answered. I couldn't check in and had to book another place last minute. I asked if I could get a credit for the night but they still charged me and wouldn't refund me for the booking and said it was my fault because I didn't notify them that I'll arrive after 8pm. I find the hostel is profit minded and doesn't have the best interest of guests in mind.
My first experience at a hostel, but I needed to get outside my comfort zone and try something new. So glad I did. Wonderful place to stay, with a real community vibe! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Location is perfect for walking the local area.
The staff was very friendly and the dorm beds were comfy. It seems like a fun place for surfers.
Maybe they could have a portable toilet in the parking area because two toilets is not enough for all of the guests. The flies were annoying.
Great stay with great people. Fantastic back paper vibe. There is a honesty bar with drinks and stuff to buy. All in all a great stay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Tipical backpacker's hostel, loved by surfers.
Tipical backpacker's hostel, with a special blink to surfers.
Casual service (some times too casual). Regular confort levels for this kind of hostel. Expect the occasional party noise, or noisy neighbour. Access to kitchen and to some home organic products. Great location.
Friendly staff. small cozy hostel with 1 and 2 bed rooms, and a 4 bed dorm. Safe quiet neighborhood in central location. Good wifi. I switched to this hostel because of its cleanliness.
