「Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end. After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning. It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help. We liked the concept if...

「Vastaanotto auki 24/7 joten myöhäinen sisäänkirjautuminen sujui hyvin. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja siivoojat siistivät huoneen päivittäin, siellä oli raikas tuoksu. Ruoka ei ollut suomalaiseen makuun kovin hyvää ja lounaalla ja illallisella aina samat ruoat lähes päivittäin. Aktiviteetit ei myöskään toteutuneet kun ei tarpeeksi osallistujia. Sijainti oli hyvä ja oma yksityinen ranta omalla rantabaarilla plussaa.」

「To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience. The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state. The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them . I paid for parking for our motorcycle and had no issues」

「Kjempe fin leilighet, men badet var ikke ok. Vannet rant fra dusjen og utover hele gulvet. Toalett sisternen var ødelagt, så vanskelig å trekke ned. 」

「Hotel lobby and lobby bar staff was very friendly. Staff in the top restaurant was mainly very unfriendly, we didn't feel welcome there at all. Hotel was nice and clean but the floor of our Hotel room was very dirty during our stay. It should be vacuumed daily in the summer time. Also shower was a bit mouldy. Food was mainly good. Location very nice, it was easy to walk everywhere. Room was nice and quiet and the Air conditioning worked perfectly. 」
