"Excellent hotels. We traveled with children and they placed our rooms next to each other and went out of their way to make us comfortable every step of the way."
"This property was perfect, great location within walking distance to everything. The hotel was clean, staff were great and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend."
"Air conditioning a lovely bonus in the current heatwave, mattress comfortable. Basic room but everything you need, no English channels on TV when a break from sightseeing is needed. Reception staff very helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
Some of the breakfast staff however seemed very ‘angry’. Whilst I appreciate a fast turnaround around at breakfast, slamming plates & cups and tutting when collecting used trays is not necessary while people are trying to enjoy their meal. Fabulous location for shopping & transport. Overall though 8/10, would stay again."
"Extremely clean hotel, very helpful staff, delicious breakfast and homemade borscht for afternoon pick me up👍. Air conditioner works but we didn’t need it. We opted to open window as the weather was cooler than usual for those days we stayed."
