Surprisingly amazing service

in more than 10 years of business travel around Asia, this was the first time that the cleaning lady left me a hand-written note related to things left in my room - a do not disturb sign and a laundry bag without the request filled-out. While a small thing, together with the friendly and helpful staff of the hotel, this has to be my single most satisfying stay at a hotel ever. I would highly recommend this hotel to others looking to stay in Suzhou.

Clean, Comfortable... Good value

I spent 3 weeks in this hotel in April of 2010. Found it to be very clean and comfortable. Had some minor problems with the room which were addressed quickly and efficiently by the staff. Resturant was excellent and the food was great.
