So welcoming our family loved the place

The check in and evening team are especially wonderful, so welcoming especially for foreigners. Made us feel very welcome including showing us to our rooms. Shuttle service to/from Everland operated by the hotel is excellent in a modern Hyundai van. Breakfast buffet is a good fare, though not a lot of options in evening. Would definitely recommend for those travelling to Everland and surrounding area.

Great stay!

Slightly older property but well maintained and clean. Ended up booking amother night here because we wanted to stay until EverLand closed. Shuttle is small but we were able to get spots on it for the next day. It runs from 930 - 2000. We took a taxi back to the hotel from EverLand since we stayed past 2000. Staff is very nice and helpful! There is a hill that u need to walk up to get Building A and B. B is further back. There was an English speaking staff member.

Hotel has a transport service for Everland, and as this was the reason we stayed here, that was perfect. There’s not much public transport close, and the streets are very hard to navigate with a large suitcase. Helpful and friendly staff.

Overall a nice property. Big rooms, great for large family and very close the Everland and Caribbean Bay. Staff are polite and very helpful. My only negative is the balcony. Super dirty, full of dead insects and spider webs.

Stay here if you are not picky.

If you are looking for a hotel near Everland, this is the place. And the staffs are very nice and kind. But that’s it. There were dirty spots right above the headboard. And the hair conditioner was like hell. Wasn’t it supposed to be silky?? I had to pump some time because maybe the amount of the soap wasn’t enough but it wasn’t. Just bring your own hair conditioner. And I don’t recommend you purchase the breakfast if you are non-Korean. It seems everyday same manu and not many choice. It’s mainly focus to Korean. And about the pool, they open 11am to 6pm so if you are planing to go to pool, don’t go out for other activity because that’s the only time that you can use the pool. And the ppl upstairs, there were so loud and their foot step sound was so bad. So I had to complain to the counter. But like I said above, the staffs are really nice and kind, so they offered me changing room.

Nice stay for the family of six!

Hotel rooms were nice and cozy, but the parking space is very limited. We did enjoy the nice clean rooms, easy access to the rooms via elevator. Microwave was located in the hallway, so we had to go outside the room to use it. Biggest issue was finding a parking spot. We've had 2 rooms reserved with one car, but still hard to find a parking spot.

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. Hotel has free shuttle to everland. Outer facade of hotel is tranquil and homely. There is a pretty good thai restaurant and a small minimart within the property.
