This neighborhood has everything (restaurants, convenient store right in front, Express bus stop to Seoul, etc), and the room was neat. For the price, it gave us everything we need. The parking garage may fill up late at night. The soundproofing window was surprisingly good, we didn't hear any noise from outside as long as the window was closed. BTW, the convenient store in front of this hotel has the ATM that accepts American debit card to get Korean cash. The one at Seven Eleven near the hotel does not work!

Don't go off pictures. They were taken a long time ago. Cigarette burns everywhere. How do you get cigarette burns at the bottom of a bathtub? Amenties included roach spray (But I did not encounter one. But I still dont want roach spray in my room either.) Everything was sticky, tape on the walls, and the walls were yellow from smoke. A previous guest nearly burned down the room as I saw there was a little fire patch in the corner, maybe from candles or cigarettes!! I need a drumroll for this one...the towels..the towels all had that smell of 걸레 냄새. Thank God I had brought a small towel. Shower was great. Toilet great. A bidet with seat warmer. Sink drains slow, didnt even want to lift up and look. Bed was fine but slept on the blanket both nights. Sheets were yellow. Pillow cases were more yellow. A/C works great. T.V. is good. This room #508 on the 5th floor. I dont know how the rest of the room are. The towels did it for me. *You can order food delivery to your room though 2 stars and i'm never coming back. And I need to come back every week for 2 days til October. Mono hotel is Suwon City is a Gem. Shines from the inside.

Great stay

I had a great stay, only complaints would be it was a little dusty which made my allergies act up and the sofa at end of bed could have used a cleaning. I turned the heat all the way down and opened the window to cool it down because it was so hot. Other than that had a great stay. Thank you

어디서든 잠만 자면 된다 생각하시는 분들에게 추천

[청결상태 최악] 바닥이 대리석 타일로 되어있는데, 끈적까지는 아니지만 뭔가 깨끗한 느낌이 없어 실내화를 신어야겠다 생각이 들었고, 물건을 떨어뜨렸다가 침대밑 경악스러운 상태를 목격했어요. 침대밑에서 양말, 콘돔, 면봉등 아주 다양한게 나왔습니다. 침대스커트로 밑부분을 가리는 스타일도 아닌데 청소는 보이는 곳만 하시는 것 같았어요. [샤워부스 배수 문제] 수압은 좋으나, 샤워부스 배수가 잘 안됩니다. 물이 배수구 반대방향으로 고여서 5박 내내 샤워부스는 물이 밟히는 상태였습니다. [응대 문제] 가져간 충전기가 없어져서, 혹시 청소하시면서 어딘가 따로 두셨는지 여쭤보았으나 피드백이 전혀 없었습니다. 청소해주시는 분들이 가져가지 않으셨을거라고 프론트 데스크에서 계속해 같은말만 반복하셨는데, 저는 가져가셨을거라 물어보지도 않았을 뿐더러 침대위에 올려놨었기 때문에 침구 갈아주시면서 따로 정리해주셨을 것 같으니 어디다 두셨는지 물어봐달라고 했습니다. 한밤중에 여쭤봤기 다음날 피드백 받을 수 있을거라 생각했지만 제가 물어보기 전까지 따로 말씀 없으셨고 다른 직원에게 인수인계시 내용전달도 제대로 되지 않았던 것 같았어요. 같은 설명을 다시 반복해서 해야 했고 체크아웃까지 방 정리해주신 담당 직원에게 치우지 않았다든지 어디에 두었다든지 그런 전달사항 하나 없이 충전기만 잃어버리고 체크아웃 했습니다. 환불불가의 예약을 해버린탓에 아까워서 예약일정대로 지내다 나왔습니다. 개인적으로 잠만 자다 나왔음에도 불구하고 좋은 기억이 하나도 없습니다.
