Horrible experience, waited 20 minutes for someone to come to front desk. Had to go down the hall and get a cleaner to find the front desk person. Their internet was down, I ha an appointment across town and couldn’t wait, ask for a refund, the owner comes out and starts yelling at me, telling me that I did not wait 20 mins. “Only four minutes” My wife and I left with the owner still yelling and got a different hotel and called Expedia for a refund. Thank you Expedia.

Room was not clean. Sink was spitting out gunk when I turned on the shower. Reception was helpful in trying to find me a new room but I couldn’t stay there and had to check out after an hour. Property manager refunded me the second night of my stay but honestly, was extremely disappointed with the state of the motel.

Stayed there for 4 nights, but housekeeping did not visit a single day even after I requested on 3rd day to provide housekeeping. Breakfast is very basic and the rest of of the amenities are good. For me, no housekeeping is a big deal particularly when I stay more than 2 days

The room was fairly clean. Not worth really getting upset over since we were just there for 1 night. If you're booking for the convenience of the free breakfast book elsewhere. I booked there because of the decent rating and it was helpful to have breakfast there before continuing on our trip. It was maintained but the front desk staff and had only rubbery sausage and plain water logged egg circles as their hot items. The waffle batter was completely out and the bread was borderline stale. We got down to breakfast around 8 so still an hour left. When we got there the hot items were gone except the water logged plain eggs, okay fine front desk desk guy was busy so we sat and waited drinking our coffee. By time he was finished it was now 9:00 and breakfast was over and we ended up stopping that morning anyway.

The breakfast staff did the best they could but the weekend crowd was too large for the space. Also, if you have a room on the back side of the property, the interstate noise is loud!

The room was very nice, as nice as any of the hotels where I have stayed over the past few years. Breakfast was adequate and the staff was nice. The only draw back at all was the very close proximity to the interstate and the noise from all the traffic that we could hear all night. Other than that it was a very nice room and also quite affordable.
