"During our trip, we stayed in four different cities/rentals throughout Italy. Aparto Florence manifattura was by far our favorite. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in explaining how to get around the city, places to go, and recommendations. We had four in our group, the room was large enough for us to unpack what we needed, and very clean. Definitely recommend! "

"I had a separate booking for my daughter and I had a booking for myself booked by my boss. I understand the language barrier but tried really hard to explain that I was only assisting my daughter in checking in as she was using my credit card but the gentlemen’s insisted on charging me an additional $30 euro because the room I booked under my daughter’s name is Ont for 1 person even though the room was booked for 2 twin beds. Either way, the 30 euro x 3 nights was unnecessary and un expected on our end but the front desk refused to listen and I did not want to continue to argue as we just arrived from a 2hr train ride. "

"Beautiful hotel with delicious breakfast (hot and cold options available). Amazing staff that made our trip so enjoyable (nice surprise with bottle of wine!). Walkable to all sights in Florence and very close to the airport shuttle so don’t need to drag luggage around the cobblestone streets. Would recommend this hotel! "
