We just left this morning after a 3 night stay. The hotel was in excellent condition. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had a 2nd floor balcony facing Grand Traverse Bay with stunning views.The staff was very kind. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of a 5 rating is because: 1. Our Keurig was not working and not replaced. We were able to get delicious coffee in the lobby. 2. The wall device to hang our clothes on was broken off the wall and we had no place or hangers to hang our clothing. 3. We were unaware that the hotel does not automatically perform daily housekeeping. This is ok as we keep our room clean. However, a quick daily check by the staff to remove trash, replace used towels and replenish toilet paper would have been welcome.

When we arrived, our door was propped open. Later, I decided to take shower. There were no bath towels in my room and the room across the hall. We called the front desk and towels were walked up to our room. I showered and started to dry off and noticed a rank smell on the towel. I had my husband smell it and he agreed that they smelles like vomit. I reported it to the front desk . An apology was issued and they were going to talk with housekeeping.

Friendly staff. The rooms were nice for the price, but the facilities were not great getting to the rooms. Our towels smelled strange, like they gave us brand new towels, but never washed them. The rooms didn’t have an iron or ironing board so I had to ask the staff for them. The could only locate an iron so I had to iron my clothes on a table.

Nice place to stay. Rooms remodeled. Only hiccup was no hair dryer ( was listed they had) “ desk person said the order did not come yet after remodel. Would have been good to convey in the message the sent. First front desk person not very friendly, but all others great! Location great to he to all towns M22 and surrounding.

Room was good. No hair dryer. When I asked they said they ordered them 4 months ago and blamed the tariffs for not having hair dryers. That was a ridiculous statement. Expedia was less than helpful on correcting a situation that occurred. They claimed they talked to the hotel but the hotel knew nothing about a call.

Had ants in the room. Reported at 8:30 AM. Returned in the evening and not done anything. Bitched and sprayed at 8:00 pm . No blow driers for the ladies.

We had about 14 rooms for a wedding. The rooms were recently renovated. Comfy beds, nice towels. The view from bayside rooms gorgeous. It was quiet. No hairdryers yet Pump soap at sink would be nice We would have appreciated a continental breakfast. All in all it was a pleasant stay for 3 nights.

The rooms seem recently updated and are clean, good-sized with a beverage fridge and nice bathroom. My only complaints are minor - very small countertop space in bathroom, lights from the fridge were quite bright at night (solved with a piece of painters tape), and the bed sheets are very rough.

Best room we have stayed in. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was like a home bathroom, not a normal hotel bath. It seemed brand new and very clean. Staff were so nice!
