「It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!」

「I booked a room for one night. I was allocated room 440. The room was unbearably hot and was uninhabitable as a consequence. Despite my protestations I was unable to move rooms and ended up having to sleep in the car. I ended up asking for a refund which is yet to be forthcoming. I am waiting to hear from the nanager」

「I felt like I’d walked onto the set of ‘Cross Roads’. A very tired old hotel which looks like it hasn’t been upgraded since the 80’s. On arrival we were immediately offered the option to spend an extra £25 to upgrade to have A/C in the room but despite it being hot, I’d already spent well over £100 for the night for a very budget experience so I declined. We were then given a room on the lower ground floor which felt like going down a dimly lit corridors to a dungeon. The room was very dated and...
